Withdraw from contract here

Send a withdrawal statement without signing in.

If you concluded a contract with us as a consumer, you can withdraw from it here without giving a reason. Enter your name, something that identifies the contract and the email address for the acknowledgement of receipt. Your statement is recorded when you press the button, and the acknowledgement of receipt is sent to that address (if it does not arrive, you can also download it on the page); once it has been processed, we contact you at that address.

You can also send your statement by email (info@carbonhost.hu) or by post — that is valid too.

E.g. ORD-2026-000123 from your confirmation email; an invoice number or a domain works too.
